RV Covers are not waterproof. Some water may penetrate the cover. In order to prevent mildewing of either the cover or your unit, the cover is designed to allow trapped moisture to evaporate and the cover to dry. During installation and removal, care must be taken not to snag the cover on sharp objects. Pad all sharp corners or sharp objects on top of your vehicle. Care should be taken when cinching back as the sides of the steps on the ladder could possibly puncture the cover. Damage caused by high winds will not be covered by this warranty! This warranty is not transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear, weathering, or damage caused by improper use. Improper use includes using a cover that is too small, too big, or the wrong style on the vehicle in question. This warranty does not cover negligence. Negligence includes storing an RV with a cover for prolonged periods of time without periodic maintenance, as defined by tightening/adjusting straps on a monthly basis and removing any build up of debris from nearby trees or foliage.The warranty is also voided if the cover is modified in any way by the purchaser. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. In all cases, ADCO will only be liable to a maximum value equal to the original purchase price of the cover.
Contour-fit RV and Truck Covers
ADCO Warrants, to the original consumer purchaser, this new product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two to three years (product specific) from the purchase date. Should this product be found to be defective due to material or workmanship within the specified warranty period, ADCO shall repair the cover if possible. If the cover cannot be repaired ADCO will replace the cover once during the warranty period at the manufacturer's option. If you feel that you have a warranty problem, please contact ADCO at 800-541-ADCO. We will need to verify that you are in our warranty database. If you are not in our database we will need to have a copy of your receipt which establishes both the purchase date and the retail price. No claims can be made without a copy of the original sales receipt.
Custom-fit Vehicle Covers
If you have purchased an ADCO Custom-fit vehicle cover, you have been automatically entered into our warranty database. Your custom cover warranty depends on the fabric you ordered. SFS Aqua-shed custom covers, not to be confused with our universal-fit covers, come with a 3 year warranty. Dupont Tyvek custom covers, not to be confused with our universal-fit covers, come with a 4 year warranty. Sunbrella custom covers come with a 5 year warranty. Should this product be found to be defective due to material or workmanship within the specified warranty period, ADCO shall repair the cover if possible. If the cover cannot be repaired ADCO will replace the cover once during the warranty period at the manufacturer's option.
Ground shipping is free for all orders over $100 for the contiguous United States. We ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico for a fixed $78 fee. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, AFO/APO nor any other US Territories.
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours and shipped within 4-6 weeks from the time payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or after 3pm Pacific will be processed on the next business day. Customers will receive an order confirmation email that includes a summary of their order, along with the shipping address for the order.
