Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact us. It is our goal to provide excellent customer service. Please review our return guidelines below before initiating a return.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order and are subject to approval. When trying your cover on for the first time, please handle with care. The cover must be in its original like new condition, clean, free of soil, debris, wear, and tears. We are unable to accept returns on used or mishandled covers. In some cases, Carver Covers may issue a prepaid shipping label for your return shipment. All covers will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping only to be waived if the cover delivered did not match the advertised boat make and model.
If the cover does not fit the vehicle it was crafted for please provide us with the following:
- Year, Make, Model and Options of your vehicle
- Three pictures showing the side, back and front view of your vehicle with the ill-fitting cover on
- We will review the pictures after they are received
We may not be able to authorize a return or exchange if your vehicle includes options that were not specified, such as trolling motor, tower, swim platform, aftermarket accessories, or other options/packages that the cover was not designed to accommodate.
Except for warranty related issues, we are unable to accept returns on custom fit covers, special orders, or orders that exceed the 30-day return policy.

Every effort is made to present the colors as accurately as possible. Actual colors may vary slightly from the colors you see on our site due to the limitations and inconsistencies of various electronic displays. Color exchanges will be subject to the restocking fee, however you are always available to request a color sample to ensure your order is as desired.
